Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully received.

Orders are not processed or shipped on:

  • Weekends
  • U.S. federal holidays

During promotions, launches, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Times

After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States:
3–7 business days

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • High shipping volume
  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Hair Ingredients is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Hair Ingredients is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package shows delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  • Contacting the shipping carrier directly
  • Visiting your local post office

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, orders may experience delays outside of our control.

These delays may be caused by:

Hair Ingredients cannot guarantee delivery dates once a shipment has been transferred to the carrier.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
